Burdock is a plant with prickly heads known as burrs. Ingredients
Burdock, milk thistle, green rooibos tea, cinnamon, peppermint leaves, lemon balm & dandelion root.
Directions
Pour 1.5 cups of hot water over 1 tablespoon of loose tea. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. If desired, add honey and lemon to taste.
